Gift Rukundo Meta, popularly known by his stage name Fabulous Fessi, is a Ugandan comedian, musician, content creator, philanthropist, entertainer, blogger, social activist, brand influencer, and actor. Born on July 5, 2003, in Ishongororo, Ibanda District, he hails from a humble background that has shaped his passion for the arts.

Fessi is the son of Natukunda Lauben Meta and Namusoke Miria, who hails from Kitagwenda. Currently, he resides in Kitooro 1, Ibanda District, with his father and stepmother, Edith Katushabe Meta.

As a talented musician, Fessi sings in multiple genres, including hip-hop/lugaflow, afrobeat, reggae, and many others. His linguistic versatility allows him to create music in three languages: Runyankole/Rukiiga, Luganda, and English.
