Steiker’s educational journey began at Namaira Parents School, where he studied from Primary Two to Primary Seven. He later joined Jinja Progressive Academy for his secondary education, a place that further shaped his character and artistic potential.

Driven by a deep love for creativity and expression, Steiker pursued higher education at Victoria University, one of Uganda’s prominent private institutions. There, he successfully earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, balancing both academics and his growing music career.

Steiker's music journey officially began in 2015—a story rooted in rivalry, motivation, and talent. Inspired by a close friend who constantly challenged him in creative circles, Steiker was once doubted and told he couldn’t even write a song. Determined to prove himself, he took the challenge head-on, writing and recording his first song. This moment marked the birth of his artistic identity as Steiker De Unleasher.

His debut project was the dual song “Mbasoota”, recorded at White House Records in Kamuli, produced by Cofix, and voiced by Pawa Magic. The song gained attention locally and became the stepping stone to his recognition in the regional music industry.

Just three weeks later, Steiker released another breakthrough hit titled “Nsula Mukidongo”, featuring Pawa Magic once again. This track solidified his place as a rising star and showcased his ability to collaborate and innovate.
