A medical doctor has been up praised by the general public following a move he made to expose a man who together with his mistress wanted to murder another woman.
According to the full story, the man was conniving with his mistress to end the life of the mother of his four children through a medical procedure in fear of easy track down associated with other murder types.
The suspects in question, identified as Friday Musoke and Enid Kanyonyozi asked the Doctor, Onesmus Bainomugisha who is a key witness to their case to execute the task for a reward of 5 million shillings.
Narrating to court, Dr Bainomugisha said he recorded the pair in their mischievous plot to slowly kill the legal wife in a medical procedure at his facility.
“I did not only act professionally, but had deep pain to save the life of this mother by any means through contacting the authorities. I knew that if I simply turned away the suspects, they could possibly find alternative means of executing the mission since they were already determined to have the woman killed,” Dr Bainomugisha testified in court presided over by Chief Magistrate Mariam Nalwanga on March 6.
In the recorded conversation, Musoke told Bainomugisha that his legal wife had made his life difficult by turning his children against him among other things.
The plots and all engagements happened last year in December. The Chief Magistrates Court in Luweero is underway with the hearing of this case where Bainomugisha is a key witness!
