Museveni's daughter Diana applies to Authorities, Wants to drop Husband's name
    • October 20, 2022 • 2 years ago

Married to businessman Geoffrey Kamuntu, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni's daughter Diana Museveni Kamuntu wants to drop her husband's name "Kamuntu".

In a notice signed on September 29th making rounds on social media, Diana applied to authorities to drop the name and replace it with Kraemer.

In the notice of intention of change of name, Diana says this, "I Diana Museveni Kamuntu of PO Box 9021, Kampala, intend to apply to the National Identification Registration Authority to change my name to DIANA MUSEVENI KYAREMERA".

With this development, the big question that remains is what would have prompted Diana to make this decision? Could her marriage with Kamuntu have hit the rocks? That's a question to be answered soon.

It should be noted that the Kamuntu's, Diana and Geoffrey tied the knot on July 24th 2004 and their marriage has resulted into three children.
