From a long term enmity to friendship and then right back to beef, Sheebah Karungi and Spice Diana have left their fans confused and divided. The pair can not settle for being either friends or enemies, which has various fans confused. It has also caused a lot of talk amongst fellow musicians as well as they weigh on the true relationship between Sheebah and Spice Diana.
Whereas some musicians believe the pair is just garnering people’s attention, some people really believe the two are next to neck and will soon slit each other’s throats. One of the people who have come out to comment on this fierce battle is singer Cinderella Sanyu.
Musician Cindy Sanyu went ahead and mentioned that the act of Spice Diana unfollowing Sheebah on social media was silly, moreover because the unfollow was not reciprocated by the latter which made her look even more mature.
"I thought it was childish, but, you know, girls will be girls." Cindy Sanyu said
It should be recalled that Cindy Sanyu herself has beefed with Sheebah Karungi, but for this case, she came out to take Sheebah’s side because she believes Ritah Dancehall did not deserve to be jailed over a few words she said about the Spice Diana concert. Cindy therefore came out to say that if the pair is to beef, then they should either monetize their battle, or take it to the streets for hand-to-hand combat and beat themselves to pulp.
She mentioned that the pair could choose to either do a show, turning it into a battle for their fans to decide who is better than the other and make money out of their beef. She said if this was not going to be the case then the pair should stop acting childish, pick up their boxing gloves and fight it out!
"Whatever they decide, I think it's a healthy competition. If they want to do a show about it, let them make some money, because they can handle each other. I think it will be a very healthy competition. I think they can have a good competition. They can fight. There is no point in fighting. If you're going to do something, then do it. If you want to beat someone, beat them so it can end. If you can't fight, then shut up." Sanyu said.
Sanyu also went further to mention that for artistes to work well together,, they don’t need to be enemies or to fight and scratch their eyes out but rather they only need to be fighting for the same cause.
"We don't need to be friends to unite over the same cause. You can still achieve whatever you want in this industry without being everyone's friend," she said.
