Following the viral video that made rounds on Monday of a young girl who was identified as Pretty Nicole being harassed by a group of her friends with the leader having been identified as Kafta Queen, Police have been carrying out investigations to get to the bottom of the matter .The major culprit identified as Kaftah Queen was subsequently arrested and detained on Monday.
In this viral video, Nicole is beaten to pulp as she is also undressed and she is allegedly accused of trying to seduce Kafta Queen’s man and coming in between them as she bad mouthed Kafta to her man in a bid to take over her slot as the man’s official bae.
Police confirm that they only have Kaftah Queen in their custody as they continue the search for the four other suspects in the Pretty Nicole assault video that has been going wildly viral since it was first seen. Pretty Nicole, believed to be a teenager, was attacked by fellow females in the areas of Kira and beaten supposedly over seducing her best friend’s man.
Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire confirmed on Wednesday morning that they are on a hunt for the other four suspects in this case. Through Twitter, Owoyesigyire cleared the air after landing on a tweet that was stating that the three girls in the video had already been arrested following a tip-off by Asan Kasingye.
Owoyesigyire trashed the reports, saying only one suspect had been captured and before media outlets release any form of news, they should bother to find out whether it is true or false.
“How professional are some of these media outlets? Asan Kasingye was only asking to know whether they were arrested and you guys are just putting it out there as confirmation of arrest. The police has only one suspect ,Kafta Queen, 18 and we are looking for four others,” Owoyesigyire tweeted.
