Rema Namakula states the reasons she fell in love with Eddy Kenzo back in the day.

Rema Namakula seems unwilling to let the cloud settle when it comes to her romance with musician Eddy Kenzo. When the pair separated, Rema ran off with her newly found love Dr. Hamza ssebunya. Kenzo was left nursing a broken heart and till this day, he has failed to find a replacement for Rema Namakula.

According to Rema, the pair had split two years earlier than when they came public about it and they were not seeing each other any more. Whereas Netizens thought the break up was sudden, it definitely Italy was not.

"Most of you didn't know about the breakup between me and Kenzo because people around me protect my secrets. And it wasn't just one year, it was about like two years." Said Rema

Rema however reminisced about the reasons she fell in love with Eddy Kenzo. For starters, she mentioned that he was not popular but he was a normal guy. Among his best qualities, she stated honesty and being down to earth, things that made her fall in love with him.

By the time I met him, he wasn't that famous. He was just a simple guy. Down to earth, by the way; he was easy and he is a very honest guy. And I liked his honesty. He won't smile if he doesn't want to smile. He was honest and that's what I liked about him. He was real. There wasn't anything fake about him. I like honest people. I like real people. I like that kind of person." She stated

Rema then mentioned that she never wants her child to get involved in the music industry and she would do anything within her power to keep her child from getting into the industry.

“ I don't even want my daughter to join the industry... I want her to grow away from the industry. I don't even want her to know that singing is good. I will occupy her with other things." Said Rema
