The Gwanga Mujje concert was the biggest highlight of the week. Everyone was in anticipation of the glamor of the said event and many were waiting upon the opportunity to watch the long term legend on stage. Most unfortunately, this did not come to pass because of inevitable circumstances.
On the day of the concert, a mighty wave shook the stage and it fell right in before any performance could even take place. It was a trying moment for the super star who was too eager to deliver to his crowd.
With netizens having all sorts of memes and jokes going around about the stage collapsing, many have bow started a rumor that the cause of the sabotage was not natural and it was rather witchcraft. A section of netizens have cooked up the idea that the boda boda guy who was caned by Jose Chameleone before his concert must have visited a shrine to sabotage the concert and get his revenge.
Ziza Bafana real name Richard Kasendwa a Ugandan reggae musician also happens to believe that this is the work of dark magic hence he called Dr.Jose Chameleone to look for him and seek some advice on how to get the witch behind the failure of his concert.
Through his social media pages, the singer says he thanks God his Dancehall carnival went well because in this Country, many people love to see others fail yet he was able to hold his carnival successfully. He reveals that he weakened the witch who could fail his carnival from going on in time, something Chameleone overlooked as he went for his concert.
“Thank you Lord. Dancehall carnival went well. We weakened the witch early Dear Doc @Jchameleon come and I give you an advice how to get those witches on 24th Feb #GwangaMujje shouldn’t be like it happened on the 10th.” He wrote.
It should be recalled that Ziza also came out to say there are people in the industry that never want to see others prosper hence they look for all ways to sabotage them. This was after the arrest of Ritah Dancehall who was meant to perform with him at his carnival. He also pointed fingers at Spice Diana and her manager, saying the pair kill other peoples talent while promoting theirs.
With all the compliments and pieces of advice given to the lyrical legend Jose Chameleone, he is also positive about his concert and urges people to come in large numbers at Lugogo Cricket Oval for the postponed Gwanga Mujje concert on the 24th of February.
