Christians urged to Persevere in doing good and Emulating Christ as Lent Season Kicks-off today!

Today is Ash Wednesday, a holy day of prayer and fasting amongst the Christian faithful.

This day that marks the first day of lent period draws believers to attent mass and church service where religious leaders draw the sign of a cross with ashes onto their foreheads.

Various religious leaders have called upon the flock to take advantage of this period to renew themselves both spiritually and morally soas to strengthen their belief in God.
