Church of Uganda speaks out on Retired Archbishop Henry Luke Orombi's Health!
    • March 29, 2023 • 1 year ago

On Monday evening, Retired Church of Uganda Archibishop Henry Luke Oroville was airlifted to Kampala, following detoriation in his health.

The development has since devastated the faithful in the Anglican community with fear that he is doing badly off.

Amid the entire fear, Archibishop Steven Kaziimba Mugalu has come clean on the retired's health - saying he is now feeling better after admission to a city hospital.

"Brothers and Sisters, Praise God from whom all blessings flow, I have visited Bishop Henry Luke Orombi in the hospital morning. He was able to speak to me and told me he is better. The situation is better, continue praying that God heals him completely." Kazuma said through a Tweet he sent out on Tuesday afternoon!

It is still unclear what Orombi is suffering from. Born on October 11, 1949, Orombi has lived at his country home at Goli in Nebbi District since his retirement in December 2022.

On September 28, 2022 - President Museveni appointed him as the second Chancellor of Muni University in Arua City.
