Sad news reaching our desk indicates that talented singer King Saha, legally identified as Ssemanda Mansour is currently bedridden battling a strange illness that is yet to be revealed.
According to reports by several online publications in Uganda, King Saha is apparently undergoing medical treatment at a medical facility that is yet to be disclosed.
The “Zakayo” singer’s health update came through following photos of him lying on a hospital bed receiving treatment shared across his social media platforms.
Based on the photos making rounds on various social media handle , it is evident that the singer is lying on a hospital bed with a cannula attached to his hand, through which treatment is being administered

It is important to note to that this is not the first time King Saha is being rushed to hospital fighting for his life.
For instance in December 2022, the Kings love singer was forced to reschedule his concert after developing a strange illness before being admitted to hospital.
The singer’s sickness, however, generated a lot of differing opinions among Uganda's internet users , with a large section attributing it to indulgent drug use.
On the other hand, the singer’s close associates noted that the singer was seriously ill, however, they sought to keep the nature of the artiste’s illness to themselves for yet to be known reasons.
Fans later breathed a sigh of relief after the singer was discharged from the hospital.
