News around the block is that Singer Ronald Mayinja is currently being accused by his former lover of trying to take back a plot of land that he gifted her nearly 20 years ago.
The woman in question is named Joyce Nagawa and she usually goes by the nickname Jojo. Joyce came out and she cried to the press claiming that Mayinja only returned from the UK this week to reclaim the land title which he had gifted earlier on.
She claims however that it is bot easy for him simply because the land title was even changed to her names. According to Nagawa, she was not even aware that the singer was back in the country until she was tricked into meeting him.
The puzzle of her life however was meeting him yet he was not alone but he was accompanied by a group of lawyers. She mentioned that she was threatened by Mayinja and his lawyers as they tried to force her to sign papers she had no idea about.
“A woman called to meet me at a location and on getting there, I found Mayinja waiting with his lawyer. They threatened to have me arrested and even tried to force me to sign some papers.” She stated
The plot of land in question is said to be located on Plot 2227, Block 183 in Bulindo.
