For a month now, singer Weasel has been in the spotlight over alleged domestic violence. It all started when Weasel beat up his baby mama Sandra Teta to the point that she turned unrecognizable. This started out as a simple issue but it seems the tables have started turning for singer Weasel.
A number of activists have been demanding the censoring of the award-winning singer but their calls have mostly fallen on deaf ears. Even the police failed to act upon such an indescency due to the fact that Sandra is too loyal to her hubby and she refuses to acknowledge the fact that she was thumped. Sandra simply told the public that she was beaten up by thief's on her way back home and she was mercilessly robbed of her belongings.
To hush the domestic violence rumor,Weasel even went ahead to put Sandra in his new song video. He also admitted that he did this out of pressure because his reputation was being soiled by a few nosy people for example Daniella and Mama Ghetto.
Weasel also covered up the fact that Sandra ran back to Rwanda with her parents and her two children. Weasel mentioned that she only went back to prepare for his official visit to her parents as he was planning to wife her up real soon. He was entirely backed up by his mother who also mentioned that the couple was doing very fine despite what the public thought.
However, some organisers and promoters, who had previously booked him seen unsatisfied by all these explanations and they have therefore decided to take justice into their own hands. Promoters and organisers have started excluding Weasel from the lists of performance acts.
Apart from being scrapped off the list of performers on the comedy store show, it has come to our notice that Weasel was scrapped off the performers’ list of the Masaka Street Jam at the eleventh hour yet at first, he was among the performers. It is alleged that he was excluded after organizers of the fest received pressure from the Masaka activists who have been demanding his punishment for his crude behavior.
