We Left Villages in Hoima for People Like Kato Lubwama - Alex Muhangi.

Earlier this week , a short holiday for Members of Parliament has done more harm than good according to some people.

Members of Parliament are all on leave for this whole week where the Parliament management including the speaker gives a chance for people who are not MPs to form a people's Parliament and debate out National issues.

Honourable Kato Lubwama , the MP for Rubaga South during his free time came out to criticise people that are doing what he used to do best before joining Politics.

He said that these days the comedy industry is heavily declining claiming that many comedians are no longer funny and that most of them do not have scripts which they follow in order to crack jokes, but they just jump onto stage forging things from their heads anyhow.

When asked about Anne Kansiime and Salavdor that are seen as successful comedians, Kato went ahead to say that those two are just running on temporary luck which has already stopped according to him.

However comedians such as Alex Muhangi reacted to this saying that Kato Lubwama's commedy is for earlier generations and it doesn't suit the present times. Alex also said that for him he has done comedy on stages in Nigeria , America and is not like Kato who stayed in places like Hoima to assure them of how funny he is.

Other comedians like Madrat and Chico lamented that Lubwama's comedy is so analogue compared to theirs which is digital and further added that some of the people who used to enjoy his comedy even passed away (died).
