There is a saying that goes, " Every good thing comes to anm end". The saying comes true with celebrated Luganda TV News anchor Frank Walusimbi who called it a day at NTV Uganda on Thursday evening! Frank anchored his last bulletin at the Serena based Television and he had this to say shortly before he closed the bulletin, " This is the last Bulletin iam anchoring, who knows in the future, God willing, whether I will make a return. Thankyou for standing with me."
Frank has worked for NTV Uganda since its its inception in 2006. Over the years, he has made his mark and at the time of his retirement, Frank has been a big brand to reckon with in the media spaces. His generation is credited for having revolutionized Luganda news presentation that was more of story telling and narration than anchoring.
Famously known for his calmness and unique way of anchoring news, Frank has since received lots of love and appreciation messages from citezens of Uganda on social media. These have wished him well in all his next moves and endevours he's about to reveal. All the best Frank Walusimbi, you will be dearly missed on our screens!
