Early last week, Buganda's Katikkiro (Prime Minister) , Charles Peter Mayiga appeared on local television BBS addressing the public about the Covid 19 situation, how to deal with it and what Buganda Kingdom is doing to protect it's people.
During his address as he reached the A. O.B part (any other business) he started to attack some two people indirectly without mentioning names saying that one is a super alcoholic who lost his senses and that another is a mufere (con man) who was taken to Luzira prison on barefoot.
The Katikkiro accused the two of speaking senseless things about him, giving wrong advice to Ugandans on TV and other media.
So in this case, the drunkard is Tamale Miranda and the Con man is Frank Gashumba according to our analysis.

When Frank heard and watched the address from Buganda's Premier, he got mad and decided to reply him through a live video on social media where he dissed him blue black .
Gashumba poured all sorts of words abusing Mayiga and his dubious lifestyle of hanging out with many ladies and dancing bend over in front of the Kabaka.
Particularly on the issue of Bend Over which was mixed with Pakachini ( Going Down Low) , this happened during the Kabaka's 60th birthday party celebrations back in 2015 where Sheebah and Pallaso were invited to perform for the guests.
It's the moment that Sheebah was performing her hit song "Go Down Low" when the Katikkiro started dancing with her the Bend Over and Pakachini moves that seem to have greatly offended our man Gashumba who now has used this against the Prime Minister.
