    Basing on  public opinion, Madam Minister Mutuuzo seems to have touched the nus of a lion when she talked about a sensitive matter of Banning Labia pulling. Hon. Kato Lubwama commonly known for speaking his mind out, has furiously replied  to the state Minister Peace Mutuuzo who dared  banning Libia Pulling.

    For added information Peace Regis Mutuuzo is Minister of State for Gender and Culture in the Ugandan Cabinet appointed into position on 6 June 2016, through the media centre  announced this proposed ban that sent the whole country on a dramatic manic.

    Touched MP Kato Lubwama who in his fierce words seemed to be among men enjoying the pulled Nyama Kyoma, insinuates you can't protect girl power by deminishing it. 
    "So Hon Minister  let’s kindly leave matters of culture to cultural leaders because people's happiness is inaliénable.
