Pre- primary schools write petition to speaker Rt hon. Rebecca Kadaga.
    • February 23, 2021 • 3 years ago

Pre- primary schools that mainly have baby, middle and top class have written a petition to the speaker concerning the delayed reopening of their section when it comes to schools starting.

Other students are to start in March but pre- primary schools were to close indefinitely.

Petition was led by Manuella.p.Mulondo, owner of cradle a child day care centre and bump love co host on NTV.

Many people depended on these schools for a living. What would happen to them if they close indefinitely?

Furthermore, children will keep growing and won't stop. This means many will skip these important years of learning the beginning of their educational life.

This is dangerous as it causes a lag in the next generation.

The above were some of the arguments stated in a petition and a meeting was held to discuss ways to help both teachers and students.
