Production factories are expected to remain operating only if they can arrange crucial employee camps around the fortory for 14days and if they can't they will be suspended for 14 days. The employee camps will act bas lodging facilities for employes to limit their daily movement.

Museveni’s new guidelines still remain unclear if they allow all media outlets (both print and electronic) to continue operating.
