Rema Namakula has come out to clarify to her fans that there is no bad blood between her and the father of her first born Eddy Kenzo. Ever since their seperated, there have been various rumors going around that they can not even see eye to eye despite the fact that they have a child together.
During an interview with Sanyuka TV, the songbird explained that much as she dumped Kenzo for the more loving, caring, and entirely perfect Doctor Hamza Ssebunya, she still holds him in high regard because he is the father of her firstborn child, Aamal Musuuza.
Her statement during this interview on Sanyuka TV was inspired by the craxy chant her fans made while she was performing on stage during the B2C concert at Freedom City last Saturday. While she performed, her fans made it a point to keep shouting Eddy Kenzo's name. In the past, this would get Rema off and would make her uncomfortable but she came out during the interview to say she was not bothered at all.
"Kenzo is a father to my daughter, Aamal. I don’t have any problem with his name being chanted by fans when I am on stage. I totally don’t have any issue with it and it cannot piss me off,” she said.
Rema mentioned that she really has no issues with Kenzo and if she were to meet him, she would greet him very well but still run back to the arms of the love of her life.
"Just know that if I happen to meet him, I have to greet him. I may not kneel while greeting but I have huge respect for him, and soon after I run and fall into my hubby’s arms,” Rema said
Rema revealed that she and Kenzo are co-parenting smoothly, despite the fact that she is the one staying with their six-year-old daughter, Aamal. She explained that unlike previously, where Kenzo would go months without setting eyes on Aamal, he now has full access to her whenever he wishes to.
“We are good and co-parenting remarkably. Kenzo has full access to Aamal nowadays,” she disclosed.
