The Kampala Metropolitan deputy police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire has informed the media that singer Spice Diana’s murder case of young casual labourer Henry Nsamba, has been handed over to the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP).
While speaking to the media as he gave updates on the case, Owoyesigire said that they have concluded the recording of statements from both sides and it will now be up to the Resident State Attorney to determine the way forward.
Owoyesigyire added that workers at Spice Diana’s home who were arrested a few days ago over this murder have also been released on bail.
“We are now trying to identify the culprits. For those who were arrested over this murder, they have been released on bail and we shall find out if they were part of the mob that killed the late,” said Owoyesigyire.
This murder case has taken a trol on singer Spice Diana as the father of the deceased mentions that he wants everyone involved in this case, including Spice Diana to pay for their atrocities. He mentioned that his son was innocent and he only dreamt of meeting Spice Diana because he wanted to work on a collabo with her, something that failed to work out for him as he instead ended up meeting his demise.
