He also mentioned at one time during an interview that he even had no rent for the building when he ventured into the fashion World.

In appreciation of the work Oscar Kampala did with his attires, Nigerian deejay, producer, and promoter Imohiosen Patrick, popularly known as DJ Neptune mentioned that the internationally acclaimed youngster Oscar Kampala is making surely making big strides every other day on the international fashion scene.
Oscar Kampala got the chance to, yet again, style an international celebrity and as always, he stood up to the occasion and he did not disappoint. The young stylist once again produced a masterpiece by putting together a number of outfits in quite a short time, much to the elation, surprise and shock of DJ Neptune.
After the styling, DJ Neptune was over the moon with his outfit. It was evident because he profusely thanked Oscar Kampala, and blessed him for managing to build a brand.
